the other day i got an email from newline saying i was an instant winner. I just had to verify my address and they said my prize would be mailed to me shortly. I wonder what it was...did anyone else win anyting or recieve and e-mail similar to this..if so let me know

But did you enter a contest? I would be rather wary of this if you didn't enter a contest. In fact, I find myself rather suspicious of it. If I were you, I would avoid sending my address to anyone until you email Newline and get this verified.

and yes..... the poster came back..... but it was that one with the mistake on it..... where Orthanc is labelled as Barad Duh! :rolleyes: lol

We're also gettting ready to have an extreme weekend at the blockbuster i work at where we will decorate the store as middle-earth and all employeess dress up as creatures or characters. the poles are going to be the ents, the front counter as helm's deep, and the foyer as shelob's cave. we hope we csan pull these all off. I'm going to be frodo, i went and got my ears the other day. We want to dress one of the girls up as the spider, i thought that would be quite humorous. but anyways, if anyone wants to see pics after the week which will be on the whole week of the 26th (celebrating the realease of the movie), i can send them or post them somewhere. We're also giving away one of the gollum standees to a customer who preorders and al kinds of fun stuff. Tons of other decorations and much more,...i'm real stoked about it and anticpating it. yeah i mean it sent me to a page where it said something about digital annoucement sweepstakes winner. i filled out the blanks and entered it...i mean it was flash eneabled and everything...gollum's pic was at the bottom smiling and stuff
