But sometimes the opponents are not easely commensurable (e.g. God vs. Satan), or it must be specifly further conditions of fights (e.g. Can Luke use his lightsabre against Aragorn?) :grin:

The result of some fights seem to me quite unequivocal: :grin:
- Yoda has many special abilities, so Gollum has not much chance against him. mecry
- I think, in a hand-to-hand combat Spartacus would defeat Alexander the Great (because of his hard gladiator-training)

Well, since this is an LotR website I will bend my efforts to our Middle-Earth heros.
- armed with only wooden sticks Luke would beat the snot out of Aragorn (sorrry) as much as I would like Aragorn to win he has no Jedi powers
- Sauron would wipe the floor with Darth Vader
- Breaking the tie would be the Gollum vs Yoda fight. No weapons, Gollum would bite Yoda's ears off and have them for lunch.
