Well after I got the FOTR EE I gave my old fotr dvd away to my freind and I will proly do the same with the TT. so I will do But what I hope for in like a couple of years when the technology is there they should put all the Movies on one disc and blend them together perfectly so there is no fotr ttt or rotk just LOTR. So it would be like 11hours long
FOTR EE
TTT EE
ROTK EE

Choice A.
But I probably won't put both sets together. I'll have one set on one side of the room and the other somewhere else.

I did the same as Morgothian - gave away my 'regular' FOTR to my stepmom. This time, I'm just holding out for the EE of TTT... my sister's buying the 'regular' version on VHS today, so I'll just invite her and her videos over whenever I need a fix to hold me over between now and November.
But as for overall organization, I have to admit, our video/DVD shelves are kinda chaotic - things just get put wherever there's a space, or more often the frequently watched items just get parked on top of the TV cabinet till we tidy up!

Hrm... well, I must admit my whole house generally ranges from 'hurricane just went through' (at worst) to 'cluttered' (at best). :p

Same here Nyph!!! :elfeek: (mind if I call you that? Nyphinstra Silvertree is kinda long to type out... yes, I know I'm lazy... ;) ) or at least my room is that way...;) But seeing as my "DVD collection" consists at the moment of EE fotr and The Mummy collector's edition, I don't really have much room for improvisation or creativit in arranging them...lol But i would definitely go with option B, for no real reason other than a gut feeling...;)

probably option A. I like keeping the two versions separate. they fit on the shelf better that way and look cool!

I'd have the three theatricals in my stack, and the three EEs (which don't fit) on my desk.

I tend to go for the more ecllectic 'however they fit on the shelf' approach. No ordering seen of intended. I tend to like browsing my DVDs - seeing if anything jumps out at me as being the thing to watch.

For me it's form A.
Right now it's the first first option.
FOTR, TT, ROTK, FOTR EE, TT EE, ROTK EE

You should make this into a vote. Until then, make mine choice B
