Go to options (the first of the green buttons on the top of the page); once there choose "Edit options" and at the bottom of the page it says Avatar, click Change Avatar... and choose the pic you like (:

As you;'d see the more posts you have the text under your name changes to the next chapter of LotR and you have more avatars to choose from.
