*Mutters to herself as she looks through her spy glass from her watch-spot on the bridge*

Ahoy mateys! I see Port Royal yonder! It be onther hour yet.

*Puts her spy glass away and turns to Calico*

There be a large bushel of apples in me cabin mate. Help yersel'........but don't ye be eatin' them all. *Fingers her sword handle and gives Calico a knowing glance*

Apples! *jumps up and races down to the cabin to grab some for herself*

*Calico runs after LM, pushing and shoving, trying to get to the apples first. Calico ends up tripping LM and running past her*

*sees the Captain with her hand on her sword*

Um.... that is.... the three that are allotted to me are all mine.... ;)

*goes over to LM and hands her three apples*

Oh- and Jack Sparrow is... well.... let's just say "special". He's one of the finest, funnist, and most clever (*cough cough HOTTEST cough cough*) captains the Caribbean has ever seen, but he's a bit screwy. I don't mean to insult anyone, but he's one odd fellow....

Aye he is special, Calico, though I be not puttin' it in quotations. Ye all don't know Jack Sparrow as I do. He be me mentor and he taught me everything I know about bein' a pirate. Almost like me dad he is......almost ;) Anyway, 'tis a long story......

We have a bit of a ways to go yet, don't we? Every pirate likes to hear a good story....

yep...we wants to 'ear the story! 'specially being bout one of the hottest pirates that sailed these waters...

All right, all right. I'll tell. *Wil sits down on a barrel while the rest of her crew gathers around*

*Clears her thoat*

I was born on a pirate ship. Daughter of the galley maid and the quartermaster. The captain was Drake Ironman, better known as Cannibal Drake. He was a mean 'un. Never liked me much. I don't think he enjoyed 'avin' a baby onboard. Anyway, me mom died from a fever when I was only five, so I was mostly raised by me dad. When I was seven the captain made me the galley maid. It was 'ard work, but it made me strong. When I was eleven me dad was killed in a raid on a British ship. After that it was only a matter of time before it was my turn to go. Cannibal Drake was itchin' fer an excuse to toss me overboard.

Now this is around the time that Jack Sparrow came into the picture. It was not too long after he escaped that island after bein' marooned by Barbosa. He was lookin' fer a ship where he could get some work and bide his time 'for he could 'ave revenge on his old first mate. So Jack joined up with the crew of Cannibal Drake Ironman. Jack took a likin' to me right away. He got the captain to let me do some work on deck. Mostly swabin, but I also leaned how to mend sails and pollish the cannons (Captain Ironman liked his cannons to be shiny).

Anyway, Jack was on that ship for a whole year, but Cannibal Drake was gettin' really tired of havin' a girl underfoot all the time. He didn't need a good excuse, just one night of drinkin' was all it took. He decided to make me walk the plank for a bit 'o entertainment. I was out on the end of the plank at sword point when Jack came up and demanded that the captain stop what he was doin'. To make a long story short, one thing led to another and Jack got to fightin' with some of the men. He killed five of the crew before he was subdued. Then they made him walk the plank too.

I'm sure ye all know how good a swimmer Jack is? Well, if it weren't for him I sure would have drowned. We made it to shore, then Jack took me to an inn and left me in the care of the maid there. I didn't see 'im for many days after that. I thought he was gone for good. But he did come back and he took me with him to a new Pirate ship. The captain was a woman, Captain Mary Roberts. She was a tough sailor, but nice to me. She let me do all kinds of things to help out on the ship. Jack taught me how to fight with a sword, how to shoot a gun and fire a cannon. On Captain Roberts' ship I leaned how to be a pirate.

Jack and I were there for nigh on five years when he decided he had to get goin'. He had other business to attend to he said. I stayed on another year or so until I got me own ship. Not the "White Shark" as ye may be thinkin'. Me first ship was much smaller and I didn't like me crew at all. I sailed under Captain Roberts' flag, but once I had enough money I bought me a larger ship, the "White Shark", and I went out on me own, collectin' up me own crew. And here I've been for nearly six years now.

*Wil takes a deep breath then looks at her crew* Told yeh it was a long story.

Avast mateys! We be here! But we be comin' in too fast. Take in the forward sail! Prepare to drop anchor. If any Brits look like they're going to give us trouble run up the white flag.

Now, one of ye sea dogs go down to the brig and bring up some kind of token that can prove we got prisoners to trade. Oh and, not a peice of flesh please! We need somethin' more subsantual than that. Like a ring or a badge or somethin'. Maybe a hat.

Alright! What are yeh scurvies waitin' for? Move smartly!

AYE AYE CAPN'!! *ED swiftly climbs the rigging. She looks, out, judging the ship's speed, then takes in the mainsail.*

Now, a couple of yeh get the long boat ready. Yer goin' to have ta row out and meet with some of them British so we can make a deal. I can't go since I've got me a price on me head. How much do yeh figure them prisoners be worth?

[Wilwarin]

Well? What are yeh scurvies waitin' for?!

come on people...can't get this boat out all on me onecies...

I'll help yeh there, Black Jenny. Seems the rest of the crew is in some kind o' trance.

*Help's Black Jenny lower to boat into the water*

Avast! There be a British ship comin' this way. Raise the white flag! But load them cannons too, just in case. Don't want to take any chances.

*runs down to the brig and grabs the British captain through the bars*

Give me your pocket watch, your rings, your hat, your coat and anything of significance that you may have if you want to live. Just think, the more you give me that shows your government that we have captured you, the faster your yellow hide can get out of here.

*hauls all the items up to the deck and plops it down in front of Wil*

*realizes that no one has yet put up the white flag, so she climbs as fast as she can up to the poop deck and puts the white flag up*

*wakes up and holds her throbbing head* Oh, my head... *looks around* What's been happening, mates? How long have I been knocked out here, behind these barrels? And how is me scurvy uncle?

Yes.....I think that will do, Calico. Iron Anne, don't yeh be worryin' 'bout yer uncle. He'll be back with his beloved government soon enough.

Alright, Calico and Black Jenny, take these things in the boat and row out to meet the British. I don't want less than fifty chests of gold fer the prisoners. Though try to bargin higher if ye can. And please, keep yer tempers out there. We want this to work. I don't want this endin' in bloodshed, especially pirate blood. We still 'ave' a treasure to find later. Once an agreement is reached and we 'ave the money, we'll put the prisoners in boats and let 'em go.

*ED watches from the topsail* 'Ere, cap! Them scurvy dogs be a'readying their guns!!

*ED skims down the sheets, suffering rope-burn in the process. She hauls one of the prisoners out of the brig, and pulls him out onto the deck. She pushes the young lad forward so he's standing right at the edge, so the British ship can see, and holds her knife at his throat. Something wet runs under her feet. She glances down, and groans. She leans in a bit, and whispers in his ear.*

Just you stop that, lad. I ain't going te kill ya. Just showin' yer mateys over ther that we mean business. They pay up, ye go free. Now stop wetting yer knickers, we'll have te clean the ship.

*a loud clang can be heard coming from below the deck. Iron Bess' voice can be heard momentarily until it is muffled. It seems she is being clapped in irons and thrown in the brig.* Cap! Anyo-

What was that? Did anyone hear something? Sounded like someone callin' me. *Shrugs* Oh well.

Good idea, Bloody Ethel. We need to show them we got prisoners. A few more of ye scurvies that don't 'ave anythin' else to do go down and bring up a few more prisoners to put on display. Keep 'em tied up and at gun or sword point. We don't want them tryin' anything foolish.

Ta, cap! 'Ere lad... *ED looks over to see what's going on. She picks up the wet rag with the tip of her sword, and throws it into the longboat.*

*Wil taps her fingers on the deck rail imatiently* I wish I didn't have a price on me head. I'd be doing all o' this meself. *Calls to her crew in the long boat* Hey! Find out how much I be worth now! Better be more than last time.

*picks up a wanted poster floating in the water*...ere it says you're worth...oh...the ink must've smudged...it's either 100 or 1000...or possibly 879 for all i can make out from it...we'll av a look closer to shore...they'll be easier to figure out i imagine

Aye, an see if I be on one o' them posters an all! I hae a price on me head too.... I aint called Bloody Ethel fer naught...

*Wil shrugs, then goes into her cabin to wait*

Now, let's see if them sea dogs left any of them apples for me.

Avast! There be only one left! Ah well......*Spears the apple with her knife and takes a bite* Hmm....kind of old and soft. Oh well. *Goes to the window to watch her crew row over to shore*

*flings knife at Wil's apple, pinning it to an empty rum barrel. runs over and grabs it, tossing it back to Wil with a grin.*

We be tradin' in our prisoners right now. Black Jenny and Calico are out meetin' with them British right now. *Looks out across the bay* Oh, her they be comin' back now. I hope everythin' went ok. They better have made a good deal and not got us all in a heap o' trouble. *whispers to Mel* ye see, I can't be goin' and doin' the barginin' meself since I 'ave a price on me head. They'd know me fer sure, then I'd have ta fight nearly half of the Royal Navy to get away.

*Calls out to her crew in the long boat* aye! What they say, mateys? Did they agree to the trade?

Aye, and what of our prices? *ED starts fiddling with her knives, sharpening them, then practising, but she soon gets bored of hitting bullseye after bullseye.*

Ar, Telu, mate, de ye fancy a tournament?

Arrgghhh!!!! I hope we got lots of gold!!!

What be takin' them so long anyway? *Wil puts her spy glass up to her eye and looks at her crew in the long boat* It seems they be havin' trouble with Red Morgan's pet shark, Teddy. They be hittin' 'im with the ores. Someone grab a slab of meat—if we got any on board—try and coax the shark away. If we don't have any meat, then we might have to use Mel's albatross.

Alright, now that was a gun shot. Follow me, mateys, we be goin' down below to see what be brewin'. I heared sounds of mutiny, and I won't be havin' none o' that on me ship again!

*Wil draws he sword and her gun and charges down the stairs, the rest of her loyal crew behind her*

He hasn't done so yet, as far I've heard. So the treasure be still there. We can get to it before he does!
