I have been looking at your Art Gallery. I love looking at the various artistic interpretations. I have been wondeering if there any Japanese ( actually Manga and Anime artists) who have ever done anything from LOTR?

There is at least one Anime artist here, Winyael Greenleaf. Her artwork is in our Art Gallery under that name, and if you go to this thread: http://www.warofthering.net/forums/vbulletin225/upload/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4528, there is some there and also a link to more of her work in our Photo Forum.
Unfortunatly she is not around the Forums much at the moment :( as she is a busy girl, but I'm sure she'll be back again.

Normally I wouldn't think Anime appropriate for Tolkien, but Winyael's elves are definitely an exception.

Yes, personally I have great respect for Win's work, although it be Anime style she still captures the very essence of Tolkien at the same time, her pictures are awesome!

Nessa have you ever seen RECORD OF THE LODOSS WAR? It is almost like LOTR.
