Ok, i'm going to start this new RPG! To be honest i have never done this before, but hey, there is always a first for everything! :)
Here it begins...
A slight breeze blew through the window as Anríona sat on her bed silently listening to the sounds of Lothlorien. In her hand clutch a sword which her fingers caressed the handle. She stood up ready to strike left and write when she heard someone approach the door and slide her sword under her bed sheets. "The lady requests you." It was Vintári, a friend of Anríona's and a handmaiden of Galadriel's. Anríona nodded and stood up walking silently behind Vintári. With her head cast down she reached her lady's room beautiful and unseen, except by the eyes of the lady herself, her handmaidens and Celeborn.

Meith mounted his black steed once more, and made his way to the golden wood of Lothlorien, where he felt he would be needed. He was a friend of the lady of the wood, and would be overjoyed to talk to her again. He galloped over field, and forest, urging his horse onwards. It would be 3 days before he got there.

(ooc-I may possibly play 5 Elves: Celemirë, Amorith, Elenath, Elvulia, and Gil-celeb, though I may not introduce them all at the same time)
Celemirë gave Amorith a questioning look from under her hood.
Amorith sighed.
"There is much trouble, mellonen (my friend). Galadriel awaits us. Come!" Amorith said.
The two friends rose and entered the room. Many Lórien Elves were gathered. Celemirë, a handmaiden of Galadriel, bowed to her Lady. Amorith, daughter of Gil-galad and friend of both the Lord and Lady of Lórien, seated herself beside her friend.
"What causes my fair mellon (friend) to hold council?" Amorith asked.

On the bed sat Galadriel, Lady of Light. Anríona walked over and took her place among the other handmaidens. A council was to be held among the elves to decide how to end this grueling battle taking place on thier borders. Galadriel would have to be dressed in her most beautiful fabrics.
Anríona helped to dress Galadriel and then they silently walked out her room and down several paths till they met with Celeborn and headed towards the council area.

Hantainqua sighed as she sat on her bed, staring out the window. Her wavy chesnut hair, waist length flowed behind her as a gentle breeze blew on her face. Her piercing green eyes were shining like glass in the sun. She had no friends that she knew of, for she was an outsider come to live in Lorien. She was the only one in Lorien without blonde hair or blue eyes, and she hated it. No one would talk or listen to her because of how she looked. Her eyes were always filled with grief, but she never showed it. She always showed apathy. Hantainqua knew not happiness, nor love. No one got that close to her. She was in a dream. But that dream got broken when she thought she heard someone approaching. She swiftly stood up and thrusted her sword into her empty pantry and sat back down.

Together Galadriel, Celeborn and Anríona along with another handmaiden entered the council grounds and the Lord and Lady took their seats. Several other elves entered and found thier seats among Galadriel and Celeborn. They sat a waited for the represenatives from Gondor to arrive.

Just as she put some hair behind her ears, Veasse knocked soflty. "Come in." Hantainqua calmly said as Veasse walked through the door. " Hantainqua... thou hath been summomed to the council..." Hantainqua looked at her keenly. "Art thou coming? I can see they will need thine's help..." Veasse said. Hantainqua nodded. "Give me but a moment to change." She said. She went into her bedroom, grabbed her prettiest dress, (still sorta tomboyish) and walked out. She looked over at Veasse. "Art thou a member of the coucil?" Hantainqua asked. Veasse shook her head. "I'm just here to address thee that thee will be needed there."
"Oh... ok. well, we had better be going... where is the coucil at?" Hantainqua asked.
"Come with me and I will take thee there." Veasse walked out the door as Hantainqua followed.

One by one elves entered the council to take thier seats so discussion could begin. The two represenatives from Gondor, tall men with dark hair and eyes entered the grounds and also found thier seats. Anríona stood beside Galadriel as she stood up to speak, "I welcome and thank you for coming at this time of great need. As all can see the very enemies of Mordor walk on our borders and only with help from Gondor can we defet them. However this time is running out, Lorien is short warriors and we ask, is there anyone left who can fight with us?" Galadriel asked and looked everyone in the eye. Anríona almost volunteered herself, although she knew it would not be appropriate. She did not know who else could defend them, except the Rohan and those from Imladris.

"Thank you Amorith, you and Elvulia, Gil-celeb, Elenath, and your twin sister Forfirith will be most welcomed." Galadriel turned and looked at Celemirë. "I am sorry Celemirë, but it is not your place among the warriors. I will speak to you when the council ends." And Galadriel turned back to the council so see if anyone would answer her plea.
Anríona looked at Celemirë, for she felt the same way. She wanted to join the battle, but was unsure how to do so.

"I will try my best to have you come along. Galadriel is my friend, and she usually listens to my council."
There was the sound of light footsteps, and four hooded figures appeared. They all looked at Amorith.
"Mellon Galadriel! Gil-celeb, Elvulia, Elenath, and muinthel nín (my sister) Forfirith have arrived!" Amorith cried happily.
As Amorith called out each name, the Elves cast back their hoods. Gil-celeb was a blond-haired male, and was a captain. His betrothed, Elvulia, was a peredhel, and was red-haired. She was also a bordergaurd. Elenath was Celeborn's (and, as well, Galadriel's) niece. She was blonde, and resembled her uncle closely. Forfirith was an exact duplicate of Amorith, save for her dark hair.

"Um... are you sure you know where your going?" Hantainqua asked.
"I'm posotive..." Veasse said unsurely, yet confidently as they came to a cross-path in the forest. She looked down both paths swiftly, then walked down the worn, straight one to the right.
"Um..." Hantainqua started again.
"What is it?" Veassa asked.
"I think we're going down the wrong path..."
"Why would you think that?"
"Well... is that what part of the council area looks like?"
"... Just trust me..."
"How can I trust you when I don't even know your name?!?"
"It's Veasse... ok? Now come on... we have to hurry!" She turned around and started walking briskly ahead. Hantainqua reluctantly followed. What Veasse didn't know is that the path she was taking led straight out of the forest, to the sea.

"I welcome thee Elvulia, Gil-celeb, Elenath, and Forfirith. Your alligance is much appriciated." At that moment Galadriel searched the minds of those around her looking for those who could fight, and just did not speak up. She quickly looked at Anríona beside her, for she knew well that it was her wish to fight, however, that was something Galadriel could not provide for her at the moment.
Where are the Gondorian soldiers? Galadriel thought to herself. We need an army, not single warriors, or Lorien will fall She than spoke to the council, "We have long fought the foes of Mordor, and long have we kept them out of our home, however, i fear that time may end unless we can pull together an army great enough to defeat the Dark Lord himself. We have all of Mordor against us, and only with the help of all those on Middle Earth available, wheather it be Man or Elf can we win this this fight."

Galadriel then gave a signal for council to depart. Anríona walked swiftly with Galadriel to her bed chambers. When they reached Galadriel's room the Lady dismissed all other handmaidens except for Anríona. "Anríona," she spoke to her, "I know you wish to fight, however, i cannot grant you that wish now. I know you can fight, i have watched you. Nevertheless, we all our men and male warriors out there, I need you here with me. Let us get ready to go out a meet the warriors." Anríona simply nodded her head and did as Galadriel told her to do.

She looked and admired all around her, the silence and beatuy of Lothlorien should not be overrun. That is it she thought to herself, I will fight wheather the Lady approves or not. Celemirë was lost in thought. She wanted to fight, but she did not know how to do so if her Lady wouldn't allow her. An idea came into her mind. She smiled. Perhaps, if Amorith applied enough pressure, or managed to talk her Lady into it, Celemirë would be able to fight. The blonde-haired maiden looked at Anríona.

Anríona jumped at the cry and looked at Celemirë. "What is it?" Anríona asked in anticipation. Maybe together we can enter the battle field, she thought to herself. She did not know what was to happen, and hopefully there will be a way for her to save the land she loves.

Anríona quickly grabbed Celemirë by the shoulders and pulled her to a corner and whispered to her, "Nevertheless I do have an idea, let us leave, leave now with the soldiers. We can pull out hair up liker thiers." She demonstrated the hair style of the Lorien male Elves. "And I know where to find armor, we will quickly grab our weapons and then join thier battle." Celemirë looked at Anríona as she spoke. Celemirë was astounded by her bold idea. She was silent for several moments. The blonde-haired maiden was typically shy and very well-mannered. Yet, Anríona instilled within her this new feeling of boldness and defiance. Celemirë did not want to be thrown out of Lothlórien if they were caught, for they were about to break their Lady's word. Yet, she wanted to fight, and she saw no alternative other than following her Lady's word, which would mean that she would stay in Lothlórien and not fight.
"I will come with you," Celemirë told Anríona quietly.

"Great," Anríona responded, "we must be quick and silent, i shall go to my chamber and get my sword, then i will meet with Thiendél, he can give us armor. Meet me over there." She pointed to a shaded area under some trees. Then they both dispersed into different directions. Anríona quietly walked to her room and grabbed her sword which lay under her sheets. She then used her keen eyesight to see if anyone approached. When no one came about she then followed the path to Theindé's armoury. He was shocked at her presence and walked over to her.
"Anríona, what are you doing here?" Theindél asked.
"I need armor, please, don't ask why, i just need two sets, now and quickly." Theindél said nothing, for he had an idea of what was going on. He grabbed two sets and handed them to Anríona, who thanked him and ran off to meet Celemirë.

The work was hard in the smithy that day; since long before dawn the bellows mighty bellows have feeding the massive crackling fires of the shop, now as the sun stretched its last rays of light over the trees Hadrim put aside his labors for a much needed rest. Covered in ashes and sweat the temperate dusk air was a welcomed change from the heat of the shop, there were a few clusters of elves gathered the trees near Hadrims shop, they were waiting for their swords of armor or what ever they enlisted him to fix or fashion for them before they left, it was so much work but Hadrim could only take their request and promise them it will be ready. Hadrim sighed deeply, the elves were going to battle, and save for his skills with metal Hadrim was useless to them. He didn't mind, he had no flair or need for battle but he would nver here the end of it from the members of his house. Catching a few pleading looks from the patiently waiting elves Hadrim took a final deep breath into his lungs and decided it was time to return to the fires of his shop.

December 6th,2003, 04:16 PM
Morfae sat as always in the library, minding and caring about no one but for her studies. Ocassionally she would tuck her shiny dark brown hair; her best feature and what she considered the only beauty she possessed when it obstructs her reading. A pile of several thick volumes of the history of Men lay atop the table in front of her. In her hand she held one of it, halfway read.
"The folly of men, and the arrogance of the elves," she stretched her body most unladylikely after placing the book she held on the table. "One wonders we don't kill each other off soon enough."
"And one wonders when will you cease reading and indulge in whatever peace still holds, for someone so young you held the bearing of one too old," she needed not to ask who it was. She stood up and bowed respectfully to her foster mother, Lady Galadriel. Technically, she was raised by an elven family who lived within the perimeters of the space atop the trees/talans decreed full ownership of Lady Galadriel. Still, the decision to keep her and raise her here was the Lady's, and so she was in a way the Lady's foster daughter though they met only when her handmaidens were off somewhere and unofficially. The Lady taught her a great deal when she was old enough and showed 'talent' clumsily until the Lady taught her to control it. She did not attend the council. Morfae does not take to crowds or people. Her lack of participation in elven festivities testifies it.
Unsurprisingly the library is often empty when she is within it, and her name is often whispered unkindly. She preferred it this way.
"What brings you here, my lady?" her stance was cool, unhesitent but still respectful.
"There is a threat to Lorien, I must forsee things here. However in the battlefield, what little magic is there is needed to be put into use. You have skills in healing as I have seen to that you were taught, and those that I have taught you," she nodded once in acknowledgement of her words.
"Lorien is my home, I will fight for it even though my blood will run unstopped, until the last drop fails and my heart beats not. I will fight for Lorien," her face suddenly eased into a rare smile, an assuring one.
"That is true, child," and then Lady Galadriel smiled in relief. She never ceased to be in awe with the Lady. How one could possess so much good and beauty eludes her, but how her heart sings in joy, a rare thing for her to feel.
The Lady left soon after that. Quietly she collected the books on her table save for one she was halfway reading, and returned them to their respective shelves. She kept the last for a little more reading before anything else.

The lonely rider galloped across the plains slashing through the settling dusk. Having spent several days on this journey she continuously urged her mount to haste creating the distance between herself and not far away entrance to the Mines of Moria. Although feeling sorry for the poor tiring animal she was bound by the necessity to complete her task before enemy could overtake her.
Finally when the dim silhouettes of the Lorien trees stood before her the woman dismounted whispering few words to the horse. “Go on now, SwiftMoon. Do not get eaten by any orc.” She grinned aware that no orc can capture this proud animal.
The woman cautiously entered the forest but her stance indicated no stealth. She wanted to be seen clearly as to avoid getting shot by mistake. Her path was soon interrupted by a voice.
“Hold. Who dares to trespass the borders of Lorien in such unsettling times. Fried or foe?” She turned slowly keeping disarmed hands away from the body to face the questioner. Noting obvious features of elven forest guard she introduced herself. “I am Ealmane from Rivendell. I came to see the rulers of Lorien with a message.”
The forest guard threw a keen glance at her. “Our borders are currently closed to anyone, even the elves of other territories. I will deliver your message.” He stretches his hand out.
Cold, smile escaped Ealmane’s lips. “Surely you do not expect a message to be trusted to treacherous notes when the land is swarming with enemies. My business was to see either Lord Celeborn or Lady Galadriel and I shall die before my lips answer to anyone but them.”
After a slight hesitation the elf made a gesture and two more figures appeared between the trees. “Follow them.” The woman nodded. “Thank you for the trust I understand the need for the precautions.”
They all leave blending in with the shadows.
