OOC: "Lorien and Gondor: The Last Alliance between Elves and Men"

Ok, i'm going to start this new RPG! To be honest i have never done this before, but hey, there is always a first for everything! Here are the details on who my character is:

Name: Anríona
Race: Elf
"job": Private Handmaiden of Galadriel
Backround Information: Anríona is a private handmaiden of Galadriel's, and although she live a great life to serve Galadriel she has secret desires. She wants to fight, to be in the thick of a battle (like Eowyn). She is torn in two, she wants to serve her lady, but she also wants to fight for her land.

Ok, here is what i have in mind so far. There is a war happening on the borders of Lothlorien. The Gondorian soldiers and Lothlorien warriors have come together to fight off the armies of Morder. Any of the LOTR characters (such as Leoglas, Aragorn etc...) are welcome to join this, even though it is an OOC. Because Galadriel is in it since Anriona is her handmaiden. Anriona wants to fight in the battle taking place outside, but at the same time she wants to help and tend to Galadriel.

Eyes: Dark, peircing green(tint of violet, and grey)- dark lashes

Hair- shoudler lenghth black wavy hair

Appearance: Meith wears usualy black pants, with a laight grey loose button top, that hangs to just about the knee. he wears black worn boots

Personlity: Meith is very witty, and has a wierd sense of humor, though he doesnt try to be humorous. he is fun, and loving, and makes friends with everyone. he is a hard worker, but can sometimes be found off task. he has a very charming nature.

Skills: As a child Meith would weild wooden swords as a past time, and since then has done it ever since, and has been known for his skill. he now has a long silver sword, and bow and arrow

History: Meith was born in Edoras. His family was killed in a war, and he lives on his own, and travles alot

Background Information: Alcarohtar is a grey elf frtom Imladris who spent most of his time wandering in the ME, alone or with Elladan & Elrohir, seeking for adventures.

Having heard 'bout a war in Lothlorien he rides Ethir, his horse, hopping to make it on time.

am I too late to join? I read the whole ic thread, and I've had expierience in rpgs. if its ok, i'll be Pippin. you all should know what he looks like. At the moment, I am in Minas Tirith as a gaurd of Gondor, but I'll be in lorien shortly.

no your not too late to join;). We'll just have to find a way to blend you in since your not an elf or Gondor man.

Anyone can join at anytime, they just have to figure out how to blend in with the story.

Background information: Hantainqua's family was killed when she was a baby. She decided to become a warrior, but because of the limits of her people, she couldn't. She apparently does not know happiness... for her life was full of sorrow.

Age: lets say about as old as elronds boys
Sex: male
Eyes: dark gray
Hair: blonde, cut short and unruley by elf standards
Background information: Hadrim is one of the last great elfish craftsmen/artisans left in ME. primarily a painter and metal forger/blacksmith (anything from jewelry to swords) Hadrim's pours his heart and soul into his work. hadrim is pretty useless with weapons but knowledgeable in healing

Race : Human

Gender : Female

Age : 17

Physical Attributes : Dark brown hair down to her waist and eyes, skin the colour of mocha hence her name. Attractive, but nowhere flawless as the elves.

Background information : Grew up in Lothlorien under the kindness of the elves, has no past that anyone could tell her except the usual we-found-you-and-just-took-you-in story.

Personality : The quiet type, a little sarcastic and to those who knew her not she is as good as Sauron's child herself. The sort that is unperdictable, one hard to trust but she is an industrious scholar. Could wield magic as Galadriel, but never used it as there was no need, but she knew how. When once gained her respect, friendhsip and trust, she is willing to lay down her own life for the sake of others. A peculiar sort of person.

age: she would not tell but she was around few hundred years ago
looks:light brown hair pulled back, hazel eyes are firm as ice and indifferently penetrating although a keen observer would see a rare shine of contained kindness, long slender fingers often grip a handle of a beautifully carved sword. Her movements are deliberatly slow as she hides the natural strength and agility.
occupation: mainly serves as messenger of Rivendell and enlisted in elven army
weapons: ancient sword proudly weilded in her family
history: Only daughter of Tuniviels house. Her mother died giving her life. Ealmanes father who always dreamed of a son chose to raise his only child as a warrior. Ealmane grew to be one of the best fighters as she was enlisted in Rivendell forces. Not loved by too many for supperior abilities she is somewhat alianated from others and often keeps to herself.
