Welcome to the Green Dragon Pub! We are a tavern and inn located on the Anduin River, near Mirkwood. Travelers are welcome to drop in any time! Come on in, have a drink and share a laugh with us.

Barliman has graciously agreed to leave Bree and travel here with us to act as our server. If you need anything, just give him a shout. Remember...have fun!

**Mae and Strider looked about the pub. All was ready for the grand opening. The smell of stew drifted through the air. Barliman was busy behind the bar, preparing for the new customers**

Mae: Everything looks great, Strider! I'm so glad we decided to move! Do you think everyone will get their message scrolls on time? That Pony Boy had better deliver them on time! :angry:

Strider: Why do you pick on Pony Boy so?

Barliman: Shouldn't you be takin' a bath, Miss? Yer hair is a mess!

Mae: Excuse me?! I am a Ranger, Barliman! We have no time for clean hair! I will only soil it again slaying orc! Mind yourself, man, or I will have to string you up above the door with a sign that says, "Hi...look at me! I have a big mouth!" You don't like the orc chunks in my hair? I find them quite attractive, thank you very much.

**They sat down at a table near the door, awaiting their first customers**

[Goldenberries]

*Goldy and Legolas walked through the door of the Green Dragon,looked around and smiled broadly*

Mae,Strider! So good to see you again! *Hugs both Mae and Strider* We got your message . We have missed you. So how about a pint or three and lets catch up. * punches Mae in the arm,while grinning broadly*

Legolas: Strider,Mae. * He shakes Stiders hand and Hugs Mae* We had not been home long,when The Pony boy arrived. I had to stop Goldy from beating him up before he could deliver the message.*laughs* Then she kissed him after she read the scroll,she was so happy to hear from you.

I know! *grimaces* still trying to wash the foul taste of him from my lips.Barliman,good to see you here too, quick bring us several pints!

*They sit with Mae and Strider and catch up,waiting on others to arrive*

[Lady Cele]

**Opening the door Eomer steps in and holds the door for the rest of the weary travelers**

Eomer: Strider! Mae! Goldy and Legolas! We got your message and have traveled quickly. We sure are glad to see all of you.

Cele: **plops down in the nearest chair** I'm pooped! The pub looks wonderful, Mae! You both have done a terrific job.

Eowyn:**hugs Mae** I missed you, my friend! We hurried to get here as soon as that crazy Ponyboy brought your message.

Faramir: **grasping Striders hand** Glad to be here! Whats that your drinking? Did the Hobbits get here yet?

**Haldir carries in Lorien and sits her down gently upon a cushioned chair**

Anira: **walking in wih Orophin** WOW...nice place, Mae. You and Strider have done a terrific job. Would it be alright to get something to drink? Its been a long trip. **leans her head on Orophins shoulder**

Amorith sees the Green Dragon Inn and smiles. She enters and
looks around for familiar faces.

Lorien: Look, melethron, everyone's here! Oh I missed you all so much! *Hugs everyone gently, trying to avoid pressure on her very pregnant tummy.*

Haldir: Strider, Mae, everything looks wonderful! *Hugs Lorien close to his side.* Well, my love, looks like we shall catch up with our old friends and wait for your brothers to arrive.

*Two tall, dark-haired twin elves burst through the door.*

Elrohir: So! This is where everyone ended up! *turns to his little sister* And why did the both of you ride so far ahead of us?

Lorien: Because my husband and I wanted some quality time alone without the two of you yammering on! ;)

Orophin: Anira, love, you seem quite tired by the journey. What may I get you?

*Vane wanders in to the pub and sees all her old friends* Hey everyone! Long time no see! *Sarié enters the pub* Mae govannen everyone! It's so good to see you all again! I missed you when you left Bree so I decided to come and join you. You are all too much fun! Besides, there was no reason for me to stay with my dear friend Vane coming too. *she hugs Vane* I hope you don't mind my coming.

[Melilot Bolger]

*Mel and Frodo walk in and see old friends.*

Mel: Mae, Strider, Goldy, Lego, everyone!!!! Barliman told me where he was going and I told Frodo and he said we had to come! I'm so glad we came. We left Prim with Sam. I told my family about this. They may join us later. This bundle I'm holding is our new baby. His name is Samwise. We thought if sam can name one after Frodo we would name one after him!

Frodo: Hello, all. I'm so glad to see you guys again. When we left the pub I thought I would never see you guys again. I'm so glad so many of you came. Faramir, how odd I leave you and find you again twice now. Stop following me!!!! Wait this time I followed you. *Laughs*

Mel: I know a member of my family WILL be coming. You guys have yet to meet him. His name is Doderic Bolger. He is my second cousin once removed on my fathers side. I sent word to him a while back and he told me he would be joining us. So if you see a cute hobbit boy walk in let me know. Here is a pic of him he's not a normal hobbit.

Mae/Rho: Oh I'm so happy to see everyone! You all have traveled so far! Lorien, how are you feeling? Discusting female? Why Naru, you say the sweetest things! Thank you! Mel...your second cousin...is he related to your first cousin thrice removed on your father's wifes side? Or is he related to your third cousin twice removed and then removed for a third time on your uncle's mother's aunt's sister's side? Someone get me a drink, this is all very confusing!

**a tall burly man kicks the door in, it is Mae's brother Tudo. He rushes to Sarie, picks her up off her feet and hugs her tight*

Tudo: Sarie! How I have missed you! *kisses her cheek* Forgive me, My Lady...I'm just so very happy to see you!

Mae/Rho: Tudo! Sheesh...I was saving that door for myself! Now you have spoiled my fun! Goldy, can we attack him now? Hanny, I missed you too! I know that some of you call me Mae of late and some of you call me Rho...feel free to call me whichever you are most comfortable with, just don't call me late for battle! :p

Cele: *sighs* Much better. Lorien, are you ok? Is there anything we can get you...you must be weary from the ride. Haldir, is she ok? Want your pink fuzzy slippers?

Faramir:**chuckling at Frodo's comments** That is true, my friend. Just really glad to see you though. Can you cook, Frodo?

Eowyn:**rolls her eyes** I swear thats all you think about, Faramir...is eating. Watch it, Frodo...youu feed him once and you'll never get rid of him...:-)

**Door pops open once again**

Elphir:*voice booming* Cele! There you are....what did you do with my saddlepack?

Cele: *claps hands over ears* Elphir, my brother...do you have to shout? Someone took it upstairs for you.

Elphir:**kisses her cheek** Just checking...need to change. Never know what fine maiden will walk in...need to be prepared.;-)

Cele: Ohhhhh please...go on with yourself now. Brothers! He needs a wife.

Eomer: **smothering a laugh** Now Cele...leave him be. Why mess with his freedom....**ommmphhh**

Cele:*punches his stomach* Freedom is it?...Hmmmmm I'll remember that.

**Anira lays her head on Orophins chest**

Anira: Just something to drink. Then just to sit here just like this for a while. **smiles and kisses him**

Haldir: *gently helps lower Lorien onto his lap* I think that ride was a bit much for her and the baby, Cele, Rho. I don't think we'll be going anywhere for a long while. ;) *Starts to massage her stomach, trying to get the baby to relax.*

Lorien: I don't think he or she is going to calm down anytime soon...unless maybe, Rho would sing a song... :thumbs: Goldy, Leggy, are the twins still in Mirkwood with Grandpa? ;) *sees Amorith enter* Suilad, newcomer! Welcome to the Pub! Ooo, Cele, fuzzy slippers sound delightful! Rho, will Thala be joining us again?

Elladan: Shall we start up the poker game again, while we wait for more to arrive? Especially some young maidens? :evil: *Takes a seat across from Haldir.*

Orophin: Allow me to get that drink for you, my Lady. *Promptly returns to Anira with a drink and helps her back onto his lap.* Is there anything else you would like? :evil:

(ooc-I just want to say that all of the characters I shall 'be' are the ones I use at CoE. I will give you links for their info. And, I'll give this a try.)

Four Elves opened the door of the Green Dragon Pub. They were all hooded and cloaked, dressed in the fashion of the Golden Wood. When Amorith saw them, she gave a cry of joy.

"Ai! Suilaid Gil-celeb, Elvulia, Elenath, Celemirë! Non gelir govidile (I am happy to meet thee)! Mae govannen! Na vedui (at last)! Manen cuil, mellyn nín (how are you, my friends)?"

The four Elves turned and threw back their hoods, excepting one. There were three females and one male. The male, Gil-celeb, had blond hair and blue eyes. One of the females, a peredhel (half-elf) had red hair and blue eyes. She was Elvulia, and was Gil-celeb's (I actually made his name! It means star of silver) betrothed. The remaining two females were named Elenath (star host), niece of Celeborn and Galadriel, and Celemirë (her name I made with the help of mellonen Vane, and it means silver jewel), and it was Celemirë who still had her hood on. All four smiled at Amorith and said:

"Amorith, mellonen (my friend), mae govannen! Im vaer (I am good/fine-can't remember which, LOL)."

All five friends sat together at a table and spoke softly with each other.

"What brings you here? We thought you had gone to visit your muinthel (sister) Forfirith, the Lady of Fangorn." Elenath asked Amorith.

"True, mellonen Elenath. I did go and visit her, and I was coming back to Lórien when I stopped here for some rest." Amorith said. "What brings you all here?"

"We decided to take a small trip. We have been busy at the borders." Gil-celeb replied.

"Too busy." Elvulia added.

"How is Lady Galadriel?" Amorith asked Celemirë, a handmaiden of the Lady.

"She is well, but her mind is extremely occupied." Celemirë replied softly.

Amorith then called out:

"Bartender, may we have some food and drinks, please?"

"Verily, I am older than they, and their sire wanted my hand. I do not think they would try anything!" she said.

NARU: Mae govannen! As Vane implied, another redhead is always welcomed here! I believe there are few elves in Lothlorien these days since so many are HERE! I am May Gamgee, orginally from Hobbiton, but I have spent most of the last decade and a half in Imladris, employed by Master Bilbo Baggins. There I was blessed with the name Narulothwen *smiles at Elladan & Elrohir, remembering those early days...* meaning "maiden with a head of small red flowers." But 'round here they call me Naru for short... though I am a foot TALLER than I once was... But how I got so tall is another story altogether! :blush:
Lady Amorith, concerning the sons of Elrond, I've found that "like father, like sons" is often very true of them, especially the firstborn! *Tries to give Elrohir a dignified look, but loses it to a grin.* And what is age to the ageless?

Elladan: Trouble-making? Have you been talking to Naru again, little sister?

Mel: Well Doderic knows how to cook so hopefully he will be here soon. Goldy, you may see little Sam then Haldir you may see him. We had him a month ago. That was one reason we almost waited to come here.

*The door opens and a cute hobbit teenager walks in. He looks around the pub then runs over to Mel and hugs her. :wave: *

Doderic: Mel, oh cousin. I have missed you! I am so glad you moved into town! I would have visted you in Bree but I was too afraid and you know how my mom is.

Mel: Doderic, I am glad you came. Can you help with cooking here? These humans don't seem to get this whole cooking thing down. Barliman is doing it right now maybe you can help him and cook and serve but later first we have some catching up to do.

Doderic: Mel, I would love to help. So who are all these people?

*Mel introduces Doderic to everyone.*

Mel: Lastly, Doderic, this is Amorith. She is the only one in this pub I have not told you about. She just joined us. So maybe you two newbies can talk.

A rider dressed all in white upon a beautiful white stallion rode up to the Green Dragon Pub and hearing the ruckus inside, decided to stop and see what was going on.

He dismounted and gallantly helped a cloaked figure who was riding behind him alight.

The rein-less and saddle-less stallion turned and trotted off, leaving his riders at the entrance to the pub. They strode in.

“Well... NOW I understand why the Kingdoms of Middle~Earth are void of their leaders.” The white rider glanced around the room and laughed, a hearty, jovial laugh. “King Aragorn, or do you still prefer to be called Strider? King Éomer and the always lovely Eowyn. Prince Faramir, and Prince Legolas. Is that Haldir? Ah, and the Ringbearer himself, Frodo my lad!” He smiled at each person, obviously very delighted to see them all in one place. “And even Old Barliman managed to find his way out of Bree!”

The cloaked figure standing next to him pulled back her hood revealing a mature yet friendly face and golden curls that fell all around her down past her waist. Gently she touched her companion’s arm and smiling said, “My dear Gandalf, will you introduce your friends to me.”

Gandalf turned to her and taking her hand, he wrapped her arm around his arm. “This is my lovely lady friend, Findë. And although I know quite a few of you, there are others here I have never met.”

Findë, *tugging on Gandalf’s sleeve*: Now, may I have a drink, please? We’ve ridden that horse without a saddle for so long my --

I hate to interject, but I feel I need to.

Whilst the Green Dragon is being treated as an RPG, a few of the posts above whilst not explicit, and are more suggestive, they seem well on the way to being too explicit.

We have allowed registration on this site for peoples of all ages, and have members all the from 13 to 60 currently participating. And it's important to bear that in mind while participating in these types of role playing.

Comments like gently pulls Lorien back onto his lap* Ooohhh no! The only show you'll be watching and joining in on will be a private one by me!! *Lorien giggles and kisses the pointed tip of his ear, wiggling a bit on his lap for a more comfortable position. Haldir bites his lip and whispers into her own ear.* Keep that up, melethril, and the show may start early. and Oh, I think you very well know what I want....but I think you want the same thing, my love... *gently touches his face and his ears*...... but...**reaches up and bites his ear"" You gotta catch me first...**hitching up her dress she quickly runs down the darkened path as her laughter echos in the night** accompanied by the appropriate smilies are a bit OTT and we really need you to tone it down a bit. He was one of the other Elves I met during my stay in Lothlorien. When I wasn't having heart to heart talk with Haldir, Armellon would show me great places around there and tell me stories of him growing up and some of the great things he has done.

Elrond: *Elrond smiles, kisses his daughter’s forehead and pats Haldir’s shoulder, delicately placing a tiny swaddled bundle in Lorien's arms.* Happy birthday, Haldir. Would you like to meet your son?

*Lorien shifts the child for Haldir to gain a better look.*

Mother and father crouched over the newborn wiping their own tears away with smiles on their faces, the two twins smiling down at the happy couple and their nephew, the newly 'appointed' grandfather looking rather weary and a mess but still as joyful as any in the room. Not wanting to ruin a perfectly beautiful moment, M gave Lorien and Haldir a grin and a thumbs up while silently blessing the little child as she left the room.*

Haldir: Everyone, we would like you to meet our son, Cúthalion. *The child yawns silently, rubs his eyes with a tiny little fist, and turns his face to the side for a quick snooze, revealing a tiny pointed ear.*

Lorien: Of course you may hold him, Cele, but I believe the first one should be his grandfather. *Elrond delicately picks up Cúthalion and coos softly to him, smiling broadly at his new grandchild.*

Armellon: To Lorien: I'm glad Haldir found you. I know you guys had some rocky patches but it's all good now. I'm so glad to see you together. To my buddy and fellow guard Haldir: I'm glad to see you happy. During the dark days you were so sad all the time till the fellowship got to us. *Merry looks at Pippin and Mel with a look that says "What would the kid be."*

:Pippin: Pippin: The baby would be half elf and half hobbit. Just as Strider is part elf so would the baby.


Prim: Auntie, will you marry an elf?

Estella: I'm sorry, Primmie, I'm already married to Merry. Maybe Sari will marry one instead of Pippin. ;)

Sari: That won't happen. Sorry, Prim.

Prim: It's ok. Armellon, will you marry me? Or atleast a hobbit?

*Armellon looks at Mel,Prim,and Gal. He then picks her up and holds her.*

Armellon: Prim, I'm 1,000 times older then you. I think I will marry an elf but I promise I will try and hook up an elf and a hobbit.
