well when mandos made the doom of the noldor he actualy made the doom of ME ok first it starts with the noldor they came to ME from the shadowy seas ok much happens siince they mix with the other elves there family is doomed also right? well i cant say much here but in the rise of numenore, elros(fathers line go to the noldor) becomes king of numenore he then dooms the numenoreans to the doom of mandos and when numenore fell gondor and arnor was founded so they are naturaly doomed (ered lindon was ruled by ereinon gil galad grandson of fingolfin the high king so he is noldor and his settlement is doomed also) elrond being the brother of elros is also tagged under the curse of mandos and lothlorien is doomed since its ruler is galadriel(noldor) and as is mirkwood(was origanley a colony of lorien)now what of the orcs? well yep you guessed it they doomed too since they are mockerys of the noldor. now all that leaves is the istari they are left unscathed(they were purposly sent by the valar to protect ME)

ah but the domm was lifted after teh voyage of Earendel, the reason the elvish kingdoms fail is because of the waxing of men, they must fade and go into the west.

Numenour fell because it was attacked by Suaron, not by force but cunning, not because of the Doom

" the reason the elvish kingdoms fail is because of the waxing of men, they must fade and go into the west. "

I don't think that this is really correct, the fading of the Elves in Middle-Earth was due to the fact that Middle-Earth is a mortal land. Summers pass, trees wither, and Men die.
