What's it about? Is it ME related at all? ;)

It's based on the Arthurian Legend, of a classic 14th century poem.
As the story goes, the Green Knight enters Camelot and challenges any one of King Arthurs' Round Table Knights to a duel.
Sir Gawain is the knight to accept his challenge.
I won't tell you what happens next, except alot of weird supernatural stuff goes on. :)

I can't say I've read them all, but my favourite short story is "Leaf by Niggle"... a lot can be understood for the author by it... I have a book called "Tales from the Perilous Realm", which includes Farmer Giles of Ham, The Adventures of Tom Bombadil, Leaf by Niggle and Smith of Wootten Major.

Farmer Giles of Ham is good, but I've also read another book by Tolkien that isn't listed Roverandom.
Tolkien wrote for his little boy Christopher when he lost his toy dog on the beach.
It's a story of a little dog who is cheeky to a wizard and is turned into a toy dog and all the adventures he has. It's a simple story but it's really good.
