In LOTR FOTR Saruman gets on top of Orthanc (No idea how:( )
and it was the part when Saruman is saying stuff to make the storms over the mountains in where Gandalf and the Fellowship were travelling

The quesion is:
What language is Saruman speaking on top of Orthanc?:(

According to the fabulous site, GWAITH I-PHETHDAIN, http://www.elvish.org/gwaith/movie.htm it's Quenya.

Saruman: "Cuiva nwalca Carnirassë! Nai yarvaxëa rasselya taltuva ñotto-carinnar!"

translated as:

Wake up cruel Redhorn! May your blood-stained horn shall fall upon the enemy-heads' [no subtitles given]

he was a maIAR AND ALSO IN THE BOOKS IT WAS SAID that there was a stair with 1000 steps that lead into top o orthanc.

Oh, because the actual model in the movie is see that there are no steps :(
