In the extras of LoTR, Howard Shore said that he would be composing 30 mins of new music for the extended FoTR DVD. I was wondering if it would be availablefor purchase anytime soon?

Haven't heard anything Tinwe, but doubt it. Think it's unlikely they'll produce another CD with only 30 min of extra music. Too bad. It'd probably sell like hotcakes. . .

Oh well, at least we have TTT soundtrack that's going to come out :) Does anybody know the exact date for it's release?

Don't some DVD's have an isolate soundtrack option, where there's just the soundtrack and to other dialogue and effects mixed in?

That would have rocked with either FotR DVD, especially the extended one. There's just too much music that's missing... To be honest, i would have easily sacrificed one of the audio commentaries on the special edition disk to have this.
