What is your favorite tactic that was ever used in Lord of The Rings? Was it the throwing of heads into Minas Tirith? Was it the diviede and conquer used by the Urak- Hai? Or was it the tactics in the Battle of Unnumbered Tears? Or another? Please, say your option?

Yes heachucking is most effective. No need to get stone or such for ammuntion. Spreads disease, would do some damage if it hit you (i guess) and the negative morale effect most of all. Especially if you have branded their head!!!

There are sooo many that could qualify, but I'm going to say the Ents, when they positioned themselves as an impenetrable forest, and caught the Orcs between the fortress and the forest!;)

I like that one. I forced the orcs to go to the plain or climb cliffs (sorry orc., but your brethren aint much good at climbing). Very good one!

I read the thing about the huorns again last night and i have to admit...they WERE SOOOO COOL! Helm's deep would have been very different had they not turned up. :thumbs:

Another good strategie was enployed by the ringwraiths at weathertop how they surronded the hobbites and let their terror take affect.

yeah...but we're not talking about how much people had to do, we're talking about the best tactics...even if they didn't have to do much it still worked + stuff so....
