Someone posted a very long, and very brilliant article on the forums, and someone asked me for the link, and I can't find it. Can anyone direct me to which thread/forum this article was posted in? I know Nessa read it.... it was called, Too deeply Hurt. The entire article was explaining why Frodo had to leave for the grey havens. Where did I see this!? lol

You can search using the forum search engines and put in the title as the keyword. That should help.

Just click on the search button on the top of forum right next to main. g'luck...

The link was posted at the end of the Summer. It is quite possible that this page does not exist anymore.

There is no need to be abusive Aaliyah. I'm sure you didn't mean to be.

Oh and as it happens the essay is quoted in most directories as being at the following link:
http://www.mn.rr.com/karynmilos/essays/toodeeplyhurt.html

However, sad to say, this link is no longer operative. The only other way of getting it would be to get a hold of a copy of issue 36 of Mallorn (The Tolkien Society periodical which the article first appear in) but unless you know someone who is already subscribed or unless you want to go to hassle of joining (in order to access the members' section to see past articles) it would seem the cause is now lost unless anyone else can find a copy of this article on some obscure web-site.

I had a pretty thorough search but only managed to find links such as the one above all of which seem to be down.

Sorry.
