I was on another LOTR site (council of Elrond) and saw that it had a humor, captions section, which was fun, but the public couldn't post any pictures to be captioned, so i was thinking that in the photo forum there can be a section reserved for posting LOTR movie stills that would be used solely for the purposing of captioning it. It could be really fun and funny:)
