If you could meet anyone from Lord of the rings who would you want to see first?

I think I would like to meet Boromir first. We would talk alot and we would sword train and then sword fight. So who would your first meeting be with and why do you what to meet the one you choose first? :) I think this will be fun.....

Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Gandalf, Elrond, Arwen or Bilbo. Meeting any of these people would be really nice. I would really like to sit down before the fire and hear all of Bilbo´s tales.

I would want to ride Firefoot across the Plains and have Eomer teach me how to wield a spear... ;) Then meet Sam and tell him that he is the "true hero". Then visit Rivendell as long as Eomer went with me and ask Elrond what the heck was he thinking sending those Elfs to Helm's Deep because look what happened to poor Haldir...lol lol lol

Hey this is a neat topic Aragorn's Hope! :).

Hmmm..... let me see....... First, I would like to see.... Gandalf. Gandalf the Wizard.... Then we would sit and have tea and talk for some time about all the things I have missed in Middle-earth while I've been away, ;).... Then perhaps Mr. Frodo and Mr. Bilbo would come in and join us.... and a little while after dear Sam would enter ready for his daily gardening for Mr. Frodo, but we would insist on him joining us...... and shortly after that young Mr. Pippin and Mr. Merry would come knocking on the door laughing and singing..... and then the whole of us would talk about friends and the things that were and what might come to be, :).....

In Middle Earth..oh yes...all of the hobbits! They are all such likeable persons!

In real life...also the hobbits...and Ian McKellan! I do think having a conversation with them would be very entertaining! Viggo would also be interesting to talk to!

Hard question! I guess I'd want to meet Galadriel first as well. I'd love to see what an elf really looks like and maybe she'd give me a look into her mirror? After that a nice dinner with Aragorn, Gandalf, Faramir and Eowyn, Gimli and Legolas followed by partying with the hobbits. Rounded out nicely with a yummy breakfast with Frodo and Sam. Yes that sounds just about right! ;)

Hmm... For me it's a toss up between Gollum and Treebeard from the book. I guess it'd be a choice between sitting for hours listening to Gollum talk to himself or sitting for hours listening to Treebeard say 'good morning' either way, I'd want to meet either of htem.

I've been trying to decide for so long and want to meet them all for different reasons...

To satisfy my cravings for history I'd like to meet Elrond, and Galadriel to ask them fifty gillion questions and then indulge in Elrond's library.

For Fatherly hugs, Gandalf and Theoden.

To have a good time and laugh, and drink beer, I'd like to meet Merry and Pippin. lol

To express my awe at accomplishment, and discuss the quest, I'd like to meet Eowyn, Sam and Frodo.
