What do you guys think of the new images posted by theonering.net, I think they're good but it totally sucks that TORn has put their logo all over it. It used to be better with TORn, but I think they're kinda trying to be the leading tolkien site. Theye have a really good site and all but it is trying to have a monopoly on these things. I like your site better:p

Yes they are great photos, I love the Gimli one too. TORN do get some great scoops it must be said.

In regards to logo's we have a policy of not putting any logos on our photos. Afterall they belong to New Line anyway and it ruins them if they are too big.

As for the site well we too will grow very large I think but lets hope we can keep it personal and stick with the principals we started with. :-)

Yes. Deagol is wearing the hat. Smeagol is not. Actor Andy Serkis portrays Smeagol/Gollum in the movie.

Hi to all at the warof thering.net. Im new here, but to be honest, it feels like a home from home. I used imladris alot and this forum is just like that one(only greenlol lol )I definitely think its more user friendly than TORn, but hey were all tolkien addicts, so what the heck. As for piccys, the new posters advertising TTT are floating around, and if they are genuineverymad verymad . The one of arwen/aragorn/eowyn in particular. Wot r they thinking of?? I do hope they put the original thru a shredder quick, that sort of advertising TTT doesnt want, no matter how hard they try to woo the female audience:naughty:
