East Texas Gathering

Aerhiril and I would like to host a WotR gathering in East Texas..near Mt. Enterprise, Texas.
This will be held at Primative Acres Guest Ranch..
There will be one-room primative cabins probided for two nights for Fri. Oct. 7th, and Sat. Oct.8th. Each cabin sleeps 4 adults..with one full-size mattress downstairs..and one full air-mattress upstairs in the loft..
Sleeping bags, pillows, towels, washcloths, soap..etc will be needed..
Bring flashlights as these building are...as the name implies...PRIMATIVE!! lol No elect. the cabins are set in a horse-shoe shape with the bath-house at the open end of the horse-shoe..
Drinking water will be provided..but NO liquor will be permitted..(liquor and horses do NOT mix..kinda like cars and liquor!!)
Food and drinks will be provided..if you wish to bring something you especially like..please feel free to do so.
There will be a central camp-fire set up near the middle of the horse-shoe..where everyone can gather and visit..Nights MAY be cool..bring a jacket..
If you prefer to bring a tent to camp out in..there are tent sites available..
There will be NO horse-back riding thru the woods..due to hunting season..(some people shoot at ANYTHING that moves..without knowing what it is!) All riding will be done in the arena..or near it..at the discretion of the owner of Primative Acres..
We will also try to set up an archery range :archer: for anyone who wishes to try their skill!!

Yup, I have that one! ;) I could bring it. I found out that the weekend you're having this is also the weekend my hubby has his class reunion. So... we're still negotiating. This weekend isn't a good time to discuss such matters since he's working. I'll keep you posted mellon nin! ;)
