Legolas Braids

Personally I think the braiding on top looks a bit too thick...might be due to the amount of hair the guy has I dunno.

lol I used to braid my daughters golden locks with that type of braid. We called it fish braid. It is so lovely on blonde hair. ;)

More so than on dark I believe. Some call it herringbone also.

I actually had my hairdresser do that with my hair last year, for the Tolkien Society party!:pI thought it would look :cool:with my pointy ears...and it actually did!!The guy in the photos has longer hair than me, though, so it looks way more impressive! :grin:

Well, with me being a person with short hair, I shall never be able to do so. lol

Never is a powerful word! I used to have long hair but haven't for ages...it gets very dry and brittle. Gonna have a try now tho...or sort of. I'll probably go nuts when it starts curling itself outwards over the ears and cut it tho! ;)

Perhaps one day I might go all 'Legolas' and let my hair grow and dye it blond. Hah! Unlikely, but like you said, never is such a strong word...
