There are several refrences to Hobbits being very good with the bow or sling, and they sent about 100 hobbits to help defend the kingdom of Arnor from the Withcking at the battle of Frostnost, but they never returned.
As a pastorial and peaceful people, Hobbtis were not know to either manufacture or wield weapons, and during the Battle of Bywater when the Hobbits fend off Sharky and his ruffians, they are predominantly armed with farming implements.
The Hobbits that become members of the Fellowhip of the Ring are notable exceptions. Frodo (and previously Bilbo) wielded Sting while Sam, Merry, and Pippin each wielded ancient Numermorian short swords they found in the Barrow Downs.
As far as current replicas for sale, the only Official (i.e. either sanctioned by Tolkien Enterprises or New Line) are two versions of Sting. One is sold by the Noble Collection, while the other is sold by United Cutlery. There are also numerous weapons out there that were 'inspired by' Tolkiens stories, so you just might be able to find what you are looking for.
