If you had the chance to battle....

Ok... This thread is going to be "if you had the chance to battle in any Middle Earth battle, any age, and race, what battle would you have fought?"

For me....it would be several.... The Scorning of the Shire (see some hairy footed, angry, mushroom popin, cake eatin, ale drinkin fighters!) plus im kinda short myself and really love cake, so I would have been in the sire at the time if I could have been...all you had to tell me that Saruman took away the cakes from the Green Dragon and Id say "LET ME AT 'IM!! LET ME AT 'IM":battle:

But for on battle more serious...it would be the Battle of Dagorlad, where Sauron feel to the Last Alliance of Elves and Men led by the one and only Gilgalad and the great Elendil the Tall!!! Now that's what I call a Battle ;)

So what about you guys?

There is no question for me.... It would definately be the "Dagor Bragollach" the Battle of Sudden Flame!!! Just to be there and to see the Noldor in all there glory!!!!

Mine would be a toss up between Helm's Deep. Where you’re fighting with the odds against you. The last battle in the War of The Ring would have been great also. To witness the downfall of Sauron would have been a sight to see.

mail and plate armor, a bow and sword, shot as many arrows as i could and draw sword when I`m out of arrows.

I have four :

The Nirnaeth Arnoediad or the Battle of Unumbered Tears in the Silmarillion. It is the final battle when Morgoth defeats the Elves, Men, and Dwarwes.

The Great Battle in the War of Wrath ( again in Silmarillion ) when Morgoth is defeated and Earendil slays Ancalagon the Black.

The Battle of Azanulbizar ( the last battle in the Dwarf-Orc war ), when Dain son of Nain avenges his father and slays Azog the Goblin.

This is not really a battle, but I would like to see Gandalf vs the Balrog

Oh yes, a 1st age battle would always be a treat to see :) but just one? you can be more clear on one of them at least ;) which bloody and yet heroic battle would you like to see?
