What does Ring-Bounder mean? (It's on the Faramir card)

Well, as for as the game goes, it simply means that he's a ring bounder. Faramir is a promotional card, and no other Two Towers cards have been released yet. There will obviously be cards in the Two Towers that say something like "play on a ring bounder."
e.i., Athelas says "bearer must be a man." and Elven bow says "bearer must be an Elf." In the future, we will probably see cards saying "bearer must be a ring bounder"

Yeah maybe, but I think that it means that he is next in line
to bear the ring. :)

True, but as far as "Ring Bounder" pertains to the game, it's just another "classifictaion", if you will, of a character.

I like Faramir, he actually uses his brain. Unlike his annoying Dad, he really does bothers me...
Anyway, It sounds like they are bound to the Ring, but I hate to think that about Faramir, much less say it. *Shudders at thought of the kind Faramir getting psyched out.*

In the Two Towers expansion, there will be a card called "Frodo: Tired Traveller". His text says "Play a Ring Bound companion to remove one burden." There is also a card called "Sam's Pack" which says "Bearer must be a Ring-bound Hobbit.
At the start of each turn, you may add (2) to heal a Ring-bound companion." And one called "Light shining faintly" which says "Fellowship: Add a burden to heal a Ring-bound companion twice." That's what the "Ring-Bounder" companions are.

In the TTT pack, there will be 2 fellowships, Frodo and Sam on the way to Mordor, and the 3 hunters hunting Merry and Pip. Ring-Bound means that companion goes in Frodo's Fellowship and an unbound companion goes in the other Fellowship. If I read Decipher's site correctly, then that's what it means.

That's what decipher put across at first, true, but it's not correct. Ring-bound is only a keyword. Any companions without the Ring-bound keyword are unbound with the excpetioni of Frodo and Sam, who are always ring-bound.
