Methinks Glorfindel is not really all that great-looking....
But it's a good pic and the elf in the background could very well be one of the twins. I'd like to imagine it is.

I think this is a gorgeous picture of what Glorfindel would look like in my mind. By the way, to whoever is interested in knowing who the other elf is, his name is Nestadion. Unfortunately, he is NOT one of the twins as lots of us have hoped. He was named as such by the Argonath.cc. The actor is Jason Secto. Hope this helps.
