The Fellowship of the Ring Movie Script - Book One, Chapter X Strider

Scene 1:  Black Riders/Aragorn/Attack (Click HERE for the associated images)
	(Frodo is in the Wraith World and he sees the Eye. We hear it say 'I see you!' and some other, less intelligible phrases)
Strider:	You draw far too much attention to yourself, Mr. 'Underhill'.
	('Strider' hustles Frodo upstairs and into the hobbit's room)
Frodo:	What do you want?
Strider:	A little more caution from you... That is no trinket you carry.
Frodo:	I carry nothing.
Strider:	Indeed?  I can avoid being seen if I wish, but to disappear entirely, that is a rare gift.
Frodo:	Who are you?
Strider:	Are you frightened?
Frodo:	Yes.
Strider:	Not nearly frightened enough - I know what hunts you.
	(Sam, Merry and Pippin burst into the room, dukes and other 'weapons' raised)
Sam:	Let 'im go, or I'll 'ave you, Longshanks!
Strider:	You have a stout heart, little hobbit, but that will not save you.  You can no longer wait for the wizard, Frodo - they're coming.
	(We see the Black Riders crash down the Bree Gate - with the Gatekeeper underneath, apparently - then gallop through the streets and up to the Inn. They enter and glide up to the Hobbits' room, where they proceed to attack them in their beds. However, Strider has moved them to his room, where he is keeping watch out the window. The noise of the attack wakes the Hobbits...
Frodo:	What are they?
Strider:	They were once men, great kings of men.  Then Sauron the Deceiver gave to them Nine Rings of Power.  Blinded by their greed they took them without question, one by one falling to darkness.  And now they are slaves to his will.  They are the Nazgūl, Ringwraiths, neither living nor dead.  At all times they feel the presence of the Ring, drawn to the power of the One...
